On August 20th, Rotarians in Yumbe, Uganda commemorated World Mosquito Day by conducting malaria testing and treatment in Machangana village. Out of the 231 individuals tested for malaria, 49 were found to be positive for the disease in Machangana village, situated in Yumbe District.
The Rotary Club of Yumbe (RC Yumbe) also extending their efforts to Luzira Village. A total of 142 people were tested for malaria, with 82 individuals testing positive and 60 testing negative.
